Acted in the acquisition of Brooks Hotel, a 4 star hotel located on Drury Street, Dublin City Centre.

Advised the Shareholders of Phonovation Ltd on the sale of its Anti-Fraud Solution Mobile Identity business to Banyan Software.

Advised The Channor Group on its recent lease to Synopsys (US tech firm) for 22,891 sq. ft of office space at 2 Stemple Exchange in Blanchardstown Corporate Park.

Advised Tuath Housing Association in connection with an innovative development project of 86 residential units at Park West Plaza, Dublin.

The Banking and Finance team advised Octopus Real Estate on the completion of its first loan to the Irish market. The loan was for just over €7,000,000 and related to a site in Dublin 8 with full planning permission for a 148 bed hotel.

Advised on the sale side in the acquisition of Obelisk by Constructel Visabeira. Obelisk is an international professional engineering services business providing infrastructure solutions for the telecoms and power sectors in Ireland, the UK and Africa.

Advised Property Bridges in connection with a new development project of 40 residential units in Cashel, Co.Tipperary.

Acted for Percy Nominees Limited (“the Landlord”) in a recent claim brought by Foot Locker concerning its Grafton Street store.

Advised Fortwell Capital on its first loan to the Irish market; €21 million construction loan to Red Rock Developments Limited.

Advised Adwood Limited in connection with an innovative new development project with South Dublin County Council at Kilcarbery Grange which will deliver over 1000 new homes, retail and creche facilities.

Acting for FBD in a number of test cases to determine if there is cover for publicans for business interruption arising from closures implemented following government policy.
