Olga is highly experienced in several key areas of law including real estate, both residential and commercial property and commercial law including data protection. She is also a lecturer and tutor with the Law Society of Ireland, and a consultant with the Irish Tax Institute.
She is a senior Solicitor in the Real Estate team and provides ongoing advice to many of Ireland’s leading property developers, devises scheme documentation, and advises on commercial aspects including commercial leases and data protection.

- Advises landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial units in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, surrenders, assignments, and associated commercial law issues.
- Advises on data protection, issues arising in commercial contracts, real estate and financing transactions, and associated commercial law issues.
- Advised leading lending institutions, trustees, and receivers in relation to asset management, due diligence, fixed asset and trading receiverships, and bankruptcies (both domestic and foreign).
