The AMOSS Trainee Programme

Our Trainee Programme provides you with exposure to some of Ireland’s largest commercial transactions and is designed to help you make the transition from student to lawyer at the top of your field.

AMOSS is defined by the strength of our astute and business-focused lawyers who make deals happen and we are looking for law students who have the potential to develop into lawyers at the top of their field. We are currently accepting applications for our Trainee Programme and successful applicants will be offered:

Mentorship with a Partner

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Partner who will provide you with invaluable exposure to some of Ireland’s largest commercial transactions presenting you with a unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and expertise required to become a successful lawyer. Your mentor will provide you with advice and support to help you become a technically strong and commercially savvy business advisor equipped to meet our client’s needs.

An Opportunity to work in Four Areas of Commercial Law

You will complete one rotation in four of the practice groups mentioned above. You will learn from a team of lawyers who are involved in every aspect of commercial transactions and high-profile cases giving you a level of experience and knowledge that is rarely possible in a bigger firm.

Training and Development

You will develop your skills through formal training sessions, project assignments and you will receive regular feedback throughout the programme.

The Trainee Programme is open to candidates who have achieved, or are on course to achieve, a 2.1 grade or better Law degree. Applicants must have already passed all 8 FE-1 exams or plan on passing all 8 FE-1 exams by May 2021.
