Legal Executive – Litigation 

Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive to join the bustling Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at AMOSS Solicitors in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing files in the areas of security enforcement and debt recovery. This is a unique role that offers the right person a lot of autonomy, but they will also need to work well as part of a team, actively contributing to the department’s development and continued success.

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Legal Executive in the Litigation department of a law firm. Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi task and thrive in a fast- paced environment are all essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability and numeracy skills are also required. This is a full-time position.

Legal Secretary – Litigation 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary with 3 to 5 years’ experience to join the bustling Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at AMOSS Solicitors in Dublin 2. The Litigation Team deals primarily with commercial disputes within the jurisdiction of the High Court and the Commercial Court. It is essential that this person be a team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast moving and deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate will also provide legal secretarial and dictation support so he or she will need to be highly organized with the ability to initiate plans and structure work; have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload; demonstrate initiative, problem solving and decision making skills; have experience of in-house case management systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm, preferably within a Litigation Team. Excellent presentation skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to multi task and thrive in a fast- paced environment are all essential. This is a full-time position.
