Accounts Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to gain an entry level position in Accounts and develop a long-term career in this area. Duties will include processing supplier invoices, posting items to ledgers and journals, and general accounts administration. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to learn about the finance function of a law firm from a grass roots level so there is great scope for development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.  They will also be a team player who works well with other people and takes pride in their work. Good computer skills, including Word and Excel, are also desirable.

AMOSS Solicitors is looking for a Receptionist to join their bustling office in Dublin 2.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office and will have an outgoing and friendly personality, offering our clients a warm welcome to AMOSS Solicitors. They will also be a team player who works well with other people and takes pride in their work. Strong attention to detail and good computer skills, including Word and Excel, are also desirable.

Senior Legal Executive

Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Executive to join the bustling New Homes Division at AMOSS Solicitors in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for the relationship management of a portfolio of key clients including property developers and builders involved in large scale, new home developments. The legal executive will also provide specialist support and advice to clients, and listen and respond accurately to client queries. They will also need to take charge of a project, working within the New Homes Case Management System, and propose any changes to procedures that would enhance client care and increase productivity. This is a unique role that offers the right person a lot of autonomy but they will also need to work well as part of a team, actively contributing to the department’s development and continued success.

The successful candidate will have 4 to 7 years’ experience as a Legal Executive in the property department of a law firm, preferably within a new homes team. Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi task and thrive in a fast- paced environment are all essential. Strong analytical and problem solving capability and numeracy skills are also required.

Legal Secretarial Support/Administrator

An excellent opportunity exists for an Administrator, with one year’s administration experience, to join the fast growing New Homes Division of AMOSS Solicitors in Dublin 2. This exciting new role will involve providing support to a team of Property Consultants, Solicitors, and Legal Executives who provide legal expertise and services to property developers and builders with large scale developments for sale.  Duties will include photocopying, scanning, printing, dictation and preparing booklets. As the successful candidate gains experience and knowledge of the sector, there is great scope to take on more responsibility and to develop their long term career down the Legal Executive route.

The successful candidate must have one year’s experience of working in an office along with excellent communications skills, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
