Olga is highly experienced in several key areas of law including commercial property, commercial law, and data protection.

She is also a lecturer and tutor with the Law Society of Ireland, and consultant and editor with the Irish Tax Institute.

Experience

  • Advises real estate investors and property developers on all aspects of commercial, residential, and industrial developments. 
  • Provides ongoing advices to many of Ireland’s leading property developers and devises scheme documentation, both residential and commercial.   
  • Advises landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial units in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, surrenders, assignments, sub-leases, and associated issues.
  • Advises on commercial contracts, data protection, due diligence, issues arising in financing transactions and associated commercial law issues.
  • Advises leading lending institutions, trustees, and receivers in relation to asset management, due diligence, fixed asset and trading receiverships and bankruptcies (both domestic and foreign).
