Lisa is a solicitor in the Real Estate team and advises on a broad range of real estate transactions with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and acts for landlords and tenants with the negotiating and drafting of commercial leases, with a particular interest in the hospitality sector.

- Acting for vendor in the disposal of a 111 bedroom hotel.
- Acting for vendor in the disposal of a public bar and restaurant.
- Acting for one of Irelands leading hospitality groups in the refinancing of part of its portfolio and letting of numerous properties across its portfolio.
- Acts on behalf of private clients and companies in the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property.
- Acts for lending institutions/liquidators and receivers in relation to completing investigations of title and security reviews.
- Advises landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting commercial leases.
- Advised nursing home operator in the sale and lease back of various nursing homes.
