Lauren is a solicitor in the Real Estate team and advises on a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposal, financing and leasing of commercial and residential property. Lauren spent a number of years in England, advising private clients and companies in the acquisition and disposal of residential property.

- Advising companies in relation to the sale of commercial property with a particular focus on shopping centres, licensed premises and office blocks.
- Advising landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases.
- Advising developers in relation to site set up for new build estates.
- Advising lenders and borrowers on the real estate aspects of secured lending.
- Advising Approved Housing Bodies in the bulk acquisition of entire developments or portfolios from developers.
