Grace is a solicitor in the Banking and Finance team practising in all aspects of banking law and in particular new lending.
Experience
- Acts for financial institutions in relation to new lending and restructuring of existing facilities to include drafting facility agreements and the security required.
- Acting for lending institutions in relation to the appointment of receivers, sales by receivers and sales by lending institutions as mortgagee in possession.
Education
- BA (Hons) in Business & Law from Carlow Institute of Technology.
- Law Society of Ireland, admitted as a solicitor, 2021.
