Fiona is a Solicitor on the Corporate team at AMOSS. Fiona is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and prior to joining AMOSS in March 2023, Fiona worked for many years in the Real Estate Finance teams of a multinational US law firm and a large international law firm in London.

- Advising on all aspects and issues relating to company law and corporate governance and corporate due diligence;
- Advising company officers on their duties under the Companies Act, 2014 and public filing requirements;
- Implementation of corporate restructurings and structural requirements for financing of commercial transactions, relevant lending and security requirements.
