Eimear is a solicitor in the Real Estate team and trained in AMOSS prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. Eimear is a graduate of University College Dublin where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Law. Eimear practises in all areas of commercial real estate advising on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate with a particular focus on shopping centres, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
Experience
- Advised in the sale, acquisition, and financing of a number of 4- and 5-star hotels.
- Advising commercial landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of leases and providing ongoing advices to institutional landlords and asset managers in respect of a number of Irish based shopping centres.
- Advising on the sale, acquisition, and financing of a number of shopping centres.
- Advising on the real estate aspects of development and investment finance facilities.
