Ciara is a solicitor in the Real Estate team having qualified in January 2025. Ciara is a graduate of Dublin City University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law and French.
Ciara practices in all areas of Real Estate and advises on a broad range of transactions including residential development, development site acquisition, negotiation and drafting of commercial lease and the disposal of property.
Experience
- Supporting Partners in advising landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases.
- Part of the team acting in the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial properties.
- Assisting in the development of large scale mixed use residential development schemes on various sites within the greater Dublin area and regional areas.

- Law Society of Ireland, admitted as solicitor, January 2025.
