Andrea is member of the Corporate team at AMOSS and advises commercial clients on a wide range of issues. Andrea advises on areas including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, general commercial contracts and corporate governance and compliance.
Experience
- Acted for the sellers of a number of corporate entities who held the franchise for a leading care provider for the elderly.
- Acted for sellers in the hospitality industry in the restructuring of their business and assets in preparation for sale and in the ultimate sale thereof.
- Recently advised a builders’ provider in the sale of its business to a leading timber supplier and builders’ merchants.
- Advises on private equity investments and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate financing.
- Advises on all aspects relating to corporate governance, filing requirements and company secretarial issues.
- Advises Irish and international private companies and private shareholders on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.
