Our Policy

At AMOSS, we believe in our wider responsibilities to the communities in which we live and work and to the environment around us. We believe that even small steps can result in a better society - and a more sustainable environment for all.

Jack and Jill Foundation

As part of our pro bono commitment, we work as advisors and supporters of the Jack & Jill Foundation. Jack & Jill is one of Ireland’s best-known charities, carrying out incredible work for children with severe neurological development issues - and also for their families.

The Jack & Jill Foundation provides nursing care and support for children with severe intellectual and physical developmental delay, as well as offering respite to their parents and families. We are proud of our association with Jack & Jill and equally of our staff who fundraise for this wonderful charity.

St Augustine’s School

St Augustine’s School is a co-ed special education school providing educational, social, recreational and vocational training programmes for approximately 155 students with mild educational intellectual disability based on Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. AMOSS is proud to be associated with St Augustine’s and provides work experience places to students in the SA vocational education classes. We believe in the power of diversity and the benefit of playing even a small part in helping those with intellectual disability realise their full potential.

Recycling and Energy Efficiency

As part of our practical commitment to our environment, we are committed to the principles of "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" and have implemented a range of policies that ensure optimum energy efficiency and minimal use of materials.

Community Involvement

Volunteerism is very much a part of our culture at AMOSS and our partners and staff make a real difference through local involvement and corporate activities. These include participating on the committees of various community organisations and schools, as well as providing advice through the Free Legal Advice Centres.
